Head of Alumni Impact
Sujan Daring is a passionate education and development professional with over a decade of experience advancing youth leadership, skill development, community engagement, and systemic change in Bangladesh. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Teach For Bangladesh, he leads the Alumni Impact team, supporting a growing community of Alumni to continue advancing educational equity and social justice beyond the Fellowship.
Over the years, Sujan has played key roles across the organization, including leading national recruitment efforts and supporting the placement of talented graduates in classrooms across multiple regions of Bangladesh. His expertise spans strategic planning, talent acquisition, youth leadership and skill development, and stakeholder engagement.
Sujan began his journey with Teach For Bangladesh as a Fellow in 2015 and later joined the organization as a Recruiter in 2017. He holds an Undergraduate and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Jahangirnagar University, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership from BRAC University. He remains deeply committed to building inclusive systems that expand opportunities for all.
