Director, Partnership Development & Resource Mobilization

The Director, Partnership Development & Resource Mobilization (PDRM) will drive Teach For Bangladesh’s financial sustainability and strategic growth by leading resource mobilization, building high-level partnerships, and strengthening networks of champions locally and globally. As a senior leader, the Director will manage a fundraising team, oversee key systems, and represent TFB with credibility to government, donors, civil society, and international partners. Academy Fellow Advisor

The Academy Fellow Advisor is responsible for coaching and supporting 17–20 Fellows throughout the six-seven week Winter Academy. They help Fellows build the teaching skills, leadership mindset, and confidence needed to begin their Fellowship journey. Through classroom observations, feedback, weekly check-ins, and reflection, Advisors provide ongoing and personalized support. They also facilitate training, social, and experiential learning activities, while building strong relationships with Fellows as their primary point of contact during the Academy.
