Director, Recruitment and Youth Mobilization
Mrinmoy Sarker leads the Recruitment and Youth Mobilization efforts for the Teach For Bangladesh Fellowship Program. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from NIT Durgapur, a PGD in Educational Leadership from BRAC University, and an MBA in HRM from North South University. With more than 9 years of experience, he started as a Fellow in 2016, joined Teach For Bangladesh as a Recruiter in 2018, and has advanced within the RYM (Recruitment and Youth Mobilization) Team over the past seven years.
