Director, Operations & Human Resources
Adnin Mourin oversees Teach for Bangladesh’s Internal Operations and Human Resources. Her key responsibilities include enabling the organization to recruit, develop, and support a diverse team of passionate educators who are committed to our mission of providing quality education to underserved students. With a decade of experience in marketing, project management, and organizational strategy, she is a seasoned leader. Previously, she led the Academics (6-10) vertical at 10 Minute School, Bangladesh’s largest EdTech company. Her background also includes 6.5 years at the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center.
Adnin holds a BBA in Marketing from United International University and is currently pursuing an M.Ed. from BRAC IED. She also completed an Executive Education course in Design Thinking at Stanford d.school, and is an Acumen Fellow (2021) and a certified Mental Health First Aider.
