Investing directly in our Fellowship program with an unrestricted gift empowers TFB Fellows to drive whole child development in underserved communities across Bangladesh. TFB Fellows work as full-time, skilled teachers, collaborating with head teachers, parents, and the broader community to support student learning and well-being, directly impacting children with the least resources. The program works to build Fellows’ leadership capacity, enabling them to catalyze long-term change in education in Bangladesh as Alumni.
TFB’s sponsorship schemes enable individuals, foundations, and corporate partners to create deep local impact by supporting one or more Fellows and a designated number of classrooms and schools in one or more regions. We recruit high-achieving graduates from Bangladesh’s top universities and through our two-year program, develop their leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Talent Partnerships give employers looking to hire talented and highly motivated individuals special access to our growing TFB alumni pool. Partners can participate at our hiring fairs, offer fast-tracked interviews and internships to Fellows and Alumni, and share their job opportunities in our Alumni email blasts.

Our Employee Engagement Partnerships enable organizations to engage directly with students, schools, and communities. Employees volunteer alongside Teach For Bangladesh Fellows to co-lead classroom sessions, workshops, and field trips that build leadership and life skills. Partners also support schools through donation drives, learning material distribution, infrastructure initiatives, and mentorship for Fellows and Alumni—creating shared value by strengthening employee purpose while contributing to meaningful, community-centered educational impact. Each engagement is thoughtfully designed to align with partner goals and local needs, fostering long-term commitment to education equity.
