Chief Program Officer

The Chief Program Officer (CPO) will lead Teach For Bangladesh’s full program cycle—recruitment, training, coaching, and alumni engagement—while driving strategic alignment, program excellence, and institutional growth. As a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership, the CPO will guide high-level decision-making, strengthen program coherence, and position the organization for scale and impact. The role requires expertise in strategy, people leadership, and large-scale program management. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to drive transformative change and make a lasting contribution to Bangladesh’s education landscape.

Director, Partnership Development & Resource Mobilization

The Director, Partnership Development & Resource Mobilization (PDRM) will drive Teach For Bangladesh’s financial sustainability and strategic growth by leading resource mobilization, building high-level partnerships, and strengthening networks of champions locally and globally. As a senior leader, the Director will manage a fundraising team, oversee key systems, and represent TFB with credibility to government, donors, civil society, and international partners. This role offers an accomplished leader the chance to shape the future of one of Bangladesh’s most impactful social movements.

Manager, Partnership Development & Resource Mobilization

Associate/Senior Associate, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL)

The Associate/Senior Associate will work closely with the CEO & other functional teams to support data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting to measure and communicate TFB’s organizational impact. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial in taking up responsibilities and enjoys working with data, is eager to learn about impact measurement, and is inspired by the role of evidence in driving meaningful decisions that shape educational outcomes in Bangladesh.

Associate, Partnership Development & Resource Mobilization

The role of Associate, Partnership Development is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands and deeply connects with the purpose of our mission and, is looking to grow their skills in strategic communication, relationship management, and is actively seeking deeper exposure to the broader local and international development sector while maximizing their impact in the lives of Bangladesh’s most underserved children.

Junior Associate/Associate, Recruitment and Youth Mobilization

The Recruitment Junior Associate will support Teach For Bangladesh’s efforts to attract and engage top young talent for its Fellowship program. The role involves executing recruitment campaigns, managing youth engagement activities, coordinating outreach, and maintaining documentation—ideal for someone passionate about education, youth leadership, and event coordination.

Intern, Partnership Development

Teach For Bangladesh is seeking a Development Intern to support our Development team in strengthening relationships, nurturing new partnerships, and ensuring the organization’s financial sustainability.
