About Teach For Bangladesh
Founded in 2012, Teach For Bangladesh (TFB) develops leaders committed to expanding educational opportunity and advancing systems change. What began as a small founding cohort has grown into a national movement reaching students in under-served primary and secondary schools across four regions of Bangladesh: Rangpur, Dhaka, Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar.
TFB’s theory of change is rooted in collective leadership: by building a critical mass of leaders who understand the root causes of inequity and act across sectors, we can shift the systems that determine life outcomes for children. TFB is an independent member of the global Teach For All network.
