Mrinmoy Sarker leads the Recruitment efforts for the Teach For Bangladesh Fellowship Program. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from NIT Durgapur, a PGD in Educational Leadership from BRAC University, and an MBA in HRM from North South University. With 8.5 years of experience, he started as a Fellow in 2016, joined Teach For Bangladesh as a Recruiter in 2018, and has advanced within the Recruitment Team over the past six and half years.
