Teach For Bangladesh (TFB) is searching for its next Chief Executive Officer. Over the past 12 years, TFB has placed Fellows in schools across four regions of Bangladesh, reached over 125,000 children, and built an alumni community of nearly 400 leaders. The next CEO will lead TFB through a period of changing global and national dynamics, prioritizing financial resilience, consolidating programmatic impact, and deepening organizational capacity. The role carries significant personal responsibility for fundraising and partnership development, alongside direct management of TFB’s Senior Leadership Team. We are looking for a strategic leader with genuine conviction about educational equity in Bangladesh, a track record of building resources and coalitions, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams through complexity. Deep familiarity with the Bangladesh context and/or other comparable developing country context is essential.
