Chief Program Officer

The Chief Program Officer (CPO) will lead Teach For Bangladesh’s full program cycle—recruitment, training, coaching, and alumni engagement—while driving strategic alignment, program excellence, and institutional growth. As a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership, the CPO will guide high-level decision-making, strengthen program coherence, and position the organization for scale and impact. The role requires expertise in strategy, people leadership, and large-scale program management. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to drive transformative change and make a lasting contribution to Bangladesh’s education landscape.

Junior Associate/Associate, Recruitment and Youth Mobilization

The Recruitment Junior Associate will support Teach For Bangladesh’s efforts to attract and engage top young talent for its Fellowship program. The role involves executing recruitment campaigns, managing youth engagement activities, coordinating outreach, and maintaining documentation—ideal for someone passionate about education, youth leadership, and event coordination.

Intern, Partnership Development

Teach For Bangladesh is seeking a Development Intern to support our Development team in strengthening relationships, nurturing new partnerships, and ensuring the organization’s financial sustainability. The intern will assist with donor research, partnership concepts, proposals, and knowledge products, while maintaining team processes and systems.This is a valuable learning opportunity for someone passionate about TFB’s mission, eager to grow skills in strategic communication and partnership building, and interested in gaining exposure to the local and international development sector.
