In close partnership with the CEO and the Board, the CISO will lead strategic planning, oversee the program continuum, elevate monitoring and learning systems, and drive high-impact cross-organizational initiatives.The role includes direct management of 3–6 team members, including program vertical leads, data and research staff, and potentially a fractional Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant.
