Rubayat Khan is the Director of Health Programs at Endless. He co-founded and was the Chairperson of Jeeon, an organization that seeks to make well-being universal and accessible to underserved rural populations. Jeeon is building a network of pharmacies and equipping them with training and tools to provide better services. Before Jeeon, Rubayat founded mPower Social Enterprises in 2008, an organization working at the cutting edge of ICT4D and M4D (Mobile for Development) and DevIntel that provides predictive intelligence to the social sector, helping development organizations leverage data to achieve their outcome.
Rubayat is a founder and former Director of Pathways Consulting Services. He designed and managed several research projects for international NGOs such as UNICEF, USAID, CARE, World Bank, etc. He has worked as a consultant for the Gross National Happiness Commission in Bhutan, and a data science firm in Silicon Valley called Kaggle. Rubayat has been recognized with the Raymond Vernon Award for his leadership and commitment to development by his alma mater, Harvard Kennedy School.
