Amberine Huda is a leadership and organizational development leader and global education strategist. With more than a decade of experience in domestic and global education, from the classroom to The World Bank, Amberine’s expertise lies in leadership development, strategic planning, and policy development.
She currently works as a consultant, coaching school leadership teams through the Stanford Design School Education Lab in human-centered design and other executive teams in organizational development. Previously, she was the Principal Consultant for Global Projects at IBIS Consulting Group.
Before her independent consulting and her work at IBIS, Amberine was with the World Bank’s Global Education team, where she led a large-scale learning intervention in Southeast Asia during COVID-19 school closures, which received the attention of the Minister of Education and informed a national education agenda. She also served as The Posse Foundation’s inaugural National Director of Alumni Engagement, where she ensured continuity between national policy and the 10,000 constituents it served. As a former Special Education teacher and teacher coach across the state of Louisiana, Amberine has led with an equity and systems improvement lens across each role.
