Deputy Director of Regions, Program

The Deputy Director of Regions supports the lead of the regions and possibly a team of 3-6 Coaches (and through them, 75 to 100 Fellows and their classrooms). S/He is responsible for the training and ongoing development of Coaches to ensure their success with Fellows and in classrooms. In addition, s/he will play a key role in executing the in-service coaching and training for Fellows, developing systems and tools to ensure the data collection process, and helping the team make data-driven decisions.

Deputy Manager, Selection and Youth Engagement, Fellowship Recruitment and Selection

The Fellowship Recruitment & Selection team is responsible for 1) attracting highly qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the TFB Fellowship, 2) screening applicants to admit those who meet our selection bar, and 3) ensuring that admitted Fellows join the program. As a part of the team, the Deputy Manager, Selection and Youth Engagement will lead efforts to identify, attract, and select outstanding candidates for the Fellowship program. This includes spearheading strategic research for the selection process, managing applicant communications, and cultivating relationships with educational institutions. Additionally, this role focuses on creating a robust pipeline of future leaders by engaging with students at high schools, colleges, and universities across Bangladesh and internationally.

Program Associate

The Program Team at Teach For Bangladesh is responsible for the growth and development of Teach For Bangladesh Fellows as effective teachers who are driving student outcomes in alignment with our vision and as powerful leaders who are grounded in core values and community. The program associate will collaborate with colleagues within the Program team to design and execute workshops, FGDs, and programs involving fellows, schools, and community.
