The Deputy Director of Regions supports the lead of the regions and possibly a team of 3-6 Coaches (and through them, 75 to 100 Fellows and their classrooms). S/He is responsible for the training and ongoing development of Coaches to ensure their success with Fellows and in classrooms. In addition, s/he will play a key role in executing the in-service coaching and training for Fellows, developing systems and tools to ensure the data collection process, and helping the team make data-driven decisions.

Over the past decade, TFB has cultivated a prestigious leadership development program where thousands of talented individuals compete to join the Fellowship every year. As Manager, Recruitment and Selection, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of our recruitment and selection campaigns to ensure that Teach For Bangladesh attracts and admits the most qualified and mission-aligned candidates for the Fellowship program. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape how TFB identifies and nurtures the next generation of education leaders in Bangladesh.

The Fellowship Recruitment & Selection team is responsible for 1) attracting highly qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the TFB Fellowship, 2) screening applicants to admit those who meet our selection bar, and 3) ensuring that admitted Fellows join the program. As a part of the team, the Deputy Manager, Selection and Youth Engagement will lead efforts to identify, attract, and select outstanding candidates for the Fellowship program. This includes spearheading strategic research for the selection process, managing applicant communications, and cultivating relationships with educational institutions. Additionally, this role focuses on creating a robust pipeline of future leaders by engaging with students at high schools, colleges, and universities across Bangladesh and internationally.

The Program Team at Teach For Bangladesh is responsible for the growth and development of Teach For Bangladesh Fellows as effective teachers who are driving student outcomes in alignment with our vision and as powerful leaders who are grounded in core values and community. The program associate will collaborate with colleagues within the Program team to design and execute workshops, FGDs, and programs involving fellows, schools, and community. The Associate will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the projects and report the project outcomes to the program manager.

The Training and Design Associate will translate curriculum design, deliver in-person training sessions, develop Teacher Development modules, and collaborate with the Coaching & Support Team. They will also coordinate TFB projects, lead monthly parent and student engagement, and monitor the effectiveness of the Fellowship curriculum.
